I took a jewelry making course at Tashkeel, it was quite interesting and fun. But, I knew it's something I do not want to do, because it needs patience and I got none!

Anyways I worked on two pieces, a ring and a pendent, what do you think?

This is a wax mold of the ring it is going to be sent off to be made in silver then it'll be gold plated.

This is a finished piece I made I had to physically cut the silver with a saw.. not fun.. not fun at all..

Yep it's always good to learn something new!!!!

Well, shamma it was an interesting course and all, we created a pendent by directly cut a silver sheet with saw. And then worked on a ring by making a mold wax of the ring as u can see here in the post. I took the course in tashkeel, with Lia she's a German jewelry maker checkout their website bet they have more information on it: www.tashkeel.com
